Shipping:
All items are shipped within 3 business days. Most are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted if the product it defective from normal workmanship. It does not cover abuse or any modifications.
There is a 15 day return policy on all items purchased from Twisted Mall. If it is after that 15 day period the items manufactures warranty will be in place.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
We reserve the right to repair or replace the item.
There will be a re-stocking fee of 25% if you just want to return the item for a refund.
